Covered causes of travel cancellation:
a) illness, accident or death
• of the booking party or a family member;
• the co-owner of your company or professional firm;

b) the appointment as a juror or the testimony given to the Judicial Authorities;

c) inability to reach the destination of the trip as a result of:
• accident involving the means of transport during the journey;
• natural disaster;

d) verifiable professional impediments:
• revocation or modification of planned holidays (solely for employees with an permanent contract);
• dismissal from work, other than for disciplinary reasons;
• new hiring, with regular contract, in a different company;

e) pandemic affecting the booking or staying guest, one of his or her family members (as defined in the glossary) or a Traveling Companion (as defined in the glossary);

f) quarantine leading to the unsupervised or supervised isolation of the booking party or staying guest or of a Travel Companion (as defined in the glossary).
